Justice Giridhar Malviya, Allahabad High Court Giridhar Malaviya (born 1936) is the chancellor of Banaras Hindu University and a retired judge of Allahabad High Court. Malaviya is the grandson of Madan Mohan Malaviya (founder of Banaras Hindu University). He was born on 14 October 1936 in Varanasi. Malaviya is a graduate of Political Science & Law from the Banaras Hindu University. Giridhar Malaviya was appointed a judge of Allahabad High Court on 14 March 1988. After retirement, in November 2018, he was elected unanimously as the chancellor of Banaras Hindu University by the University Court. Malaviya has been actively engaged in Ganga cleaning mission. He was the chairperson of the committee constituted to prepare a draft of Ganga Act. He is the also the chairperson of Ganga Mahasabha.

Prof. B. C. Nirmal, Vice Chancellor, National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, Jharkhand B. C. Nirmal is a professor of law from India who specialises in human rights and international law. He holds the position of Vice Chancellor at Ranchi, Jharkhand's National University of Study and Research in Law. He most recently served as the Banaras Hindu University's Head and Dean of the Law School (Varanasi). Additionally, he served as vice president of the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL, New Delhi), vice president of the All India Law Teachers Congress, member of the ISIL Executive Council, and member of the governing council of the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He also serves as a member of the academic councils at Deen Dayal University in Gorakhpur and the Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. Prof. AMAR PAL SINGH Prof. (Dr.) Amar Pal Singh is presently teaching at the Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in Lucknow. Prior to this, Dr. Singh held the positions of Lecturer (Law) from 1996 to 2005 at the Govt Law College in Bikaner, Rajasthan; Associate Professor (Law) from 2005 to 2010 at the National Law University in Jodhpur, Rajasthan; and University School of Law and Legal Studies from 2001 to 2013 at the GGS IP University in New Delhi. Dr. Singh holds three master's degrees, including two legal degrees and one in English literature (LL.M). One of the master's degrees in law is in constitutional law from MDS University in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and the other is in legal theory from the European Academy of Legal Theory in Brussels, Belgium. He earned his doctorate at Rajasthan University in Jaipur (Rajasthan). |
